WARRIOR'S PRIDE
           Walker/Luciano

White horse on the plains painted up for war.
Hand-print on his side means I've killed before.
I'm not afraid of dying, I'm not afraid of pain.
I am a warrior, proud without shame.

Walking down this trail of tears, many hearts are broken here
As my people fade away, a way of life who's end is near
Whoever had the answers, who held them in their hands?
We can't change the wind of time, but we can live in peace across this land.

Distant haze in the sky,
Shadows fall around me,
As I watch my people die.

Standing on this sacred hill, I gather strength for one more kill.
It's not my choice, I have to fight
For the freedom of the tribe, I know it's right.
War-party is ready & I must carry on.
Will there be an answer before we all are gone?

Distant haze in the sky,
Shadows fall around me,
As I watch my people die.
If some day I don't return,
Please teach the children well - there's so much they have to learn.
Carry on through the ages, carry on through the years,
May your heart behold all wonders, may your heart see no more tears.

HOKA HEY!
